First Blooms of My Morning Glory This Week.
With this drought and heat I didn't think I would get to see a bloom.
At the end of the day the vine will look like its about dead. I water it every evening and comes back.

"Yo Yo Rows" Progress
Last weekend I sewed the all the ends of the 38 appliqued strips together to make 19 longer strips.
I'm now ready to start appliqueing yo-yo's over the center seams of all the strips.

Finished up this fun wool felt candle mat this morning! It was so much fun to make that I'm already starting on another one. Pattern is by "Penny Lane Primitives".

Beginning of "Sweet As Honey" Candle Mat
Last night I started another candle mat pattern by "Penny Lane Primitives".
It will measure approx. 14" when finished. I hope to get alot done on it today while watching the Twilight Zone marathon on the Sci-Fy channel. These little mats are very additive when they are such cute patterns.
