Friday is near!

This seems like a silly post but I wasn't sure if I was going to get to post to my blog or not. As I have told many of my friends, my blog was being reviewed to make sure if wasn't a spammer. Looks like it is working now!!

The work week was only 4 days for me with the Memorial Day holiday this week but it sure felt like a long week. I am looking forward to when its time to get off work tomorrow!

Thank you to everyone who has been sending me their blog and websites to I can add them to my blog. I hope to get them added this weekend.

My Crazy Quilt "Obsession" at exhibit

Today I finally got brave enough to sit down and create my own blog!

I've enjoyed visiting other people's blogs from time to time to see whats new there and hopefully others will enjoy doing the same with my blog.


Yesterday we went to the Texas State Capitol to see my crazy quilt "Obsession" on display in the "Deep in the Art of Texas Fiber Arts Exhibit". It was so much fun to go see the exhibit together and to see my own quilt there! I feel so honored at this opportunity.
